Directions to use:
Health applications:
¼ to ½ teaspoon with warm water, once or twice daily, or as directed by your health practitioner.

Hair applications:
Mix Bhringraj Powder with Amla Powder to make a paste and apply on hair. These herbs can also be combined with coconut oil to make a conditioning oil treatment in order to impart shine, health, and strength to the hair.
Make a paste Bhringraj Powder using the required quantity of powder for your hair, add little water, mix well and make a thick paste. Gently massage rotating the fingertips. Wait 30-45 minutes. Wash thoroughly with water.
