We offer the following payment options: Payfast and bank transfer. With regards to bank transfer options you will be sent an invoice by email with our banking details, your order will be dispatched as soon as we receive confirmation of payment.
If you do not receive your order in mint condition or if anything is broken or damaged please take a picture of the damaged item and let us know immediately so that we can investigate and ensure the situation is rectified quickly and efficiently.
You are welcome to return any good purchased within 7 days of receiving the item. Unfortunately we can only accept goods for return that are still in their original packaging. You will have to pay to have the item couriered or posted back to us, but as soon as we receive it, we will issue a refund.
We do not currently offer overseas delivery in our checkout process, however we are happy to quote you on an individual basis. Please contact us and let us know what you are interested in delivering and we will quote you a delivery price.

We dispatch all orders, unless otherwise stated within one working day of receiving payment confirmation. Our deliveries are mostly made through couriers and very seldom through the Post Office and take 1-3 working days (courier) or 3-5 working days (Post Office) to arrive. Where the Post Office is used, please remember to take the parcel card
If your order comes to a total of R650 or more we are happy to offer you free delivery in South Africa. If the order is less than R650 delivery is charged at a flat rate.
